PixRacer with ESP8266 WiFi

I have a PixRacer on a Rover running 3.1.1 and as with the current stable version (or beta for that matter) of Copter there is an issue with the ESP8266 WiFi radio loading parameters. This has been fixed in the latest Copter Master, does this mean that the latest Rover Master (3.2.0 dev I see) also fixes this issue?

I didn’t have check … but it should. Nevertheless the current master on Rover, face bigs issues so I don’t recommand you to use it yet .

Copter Master, does this mean that the latest Rover Master (3.2.0 dev I see)
also fixes this issue?

Best to leave the version numbers out of things. They’re a bit
untrustworthy when talking about “master”.

But yes, the bug was common to all vehicles, so a checkou tof the “master”
branch of the ardupilot github repository should have the bug fixed.

Got it. So no big worries using Master? This is a truck, the risk is low should something go wrong.

@dkemxr,
I guess you have never had your truck run into a cement curb at 25km/hr because you lost your GPS signal?

Rover Master did fix the WiFi radio problem. Thanks.
