Hello I tried in two different computers (win7 and win10) when I click connect button, it loads the parameters and then again tries to load parameters second time immediately without success. When I click cancel button it turns of the second window and get back to first loaded parameter screen. Is there any fix for that issue? Sorry for my bad English I hope I could explain well.

Mr. Oborne thank you for your comment, I checked the tlog but it doesn’t include my problem so I recorded a video about that issue. As you see it doubles the loading popup and nothing happens until I click cancel button.
