Fine tuning 210 race quad

I’m getting close, but still having the occasional 10 degree excursion on pitch or roll. On this last log I just started trying to sneak in a little D on the pitch, but even an extremely small value (.0005) caused a rapid oscillation in flight.
Wondering if someone with more experience can take a look and see where I need to go.

Setup:

qav210, tmotor f60, littlebee 20a damped light on, 2x5045 gemfan blades, turnigy 2200mah 3s 45-90c

Sorted. Logging the pid values and checking them against my desired/actual rates made me realize I needed more than the suggest max I value. Everything is holding withing 2 degrees now.
