Failsafe problem with frsky taranis plus on pixhawk

Hi everyone…
I have taranis plus with x8r rx…
The problem is i cannot set the lowest throttle value below than -100 (min) for taranis tx…
Then when i set the failsafe for pixhawk, the lowest throttle still same and not decreased below 1000

any idea how i can solve this problem? Please help me!!!

I used to temporarily set the throttle stick lower End Point lower in the Outputs menu to get below -100, but now days I set a just spare switch to OverrideCh3 -118 in Special Functions and flick the switch when setting the RX failsafe or testing it.
