Autotune throttle issue

I recently had an issue while trying to run autotune during a flight. After switching from FBWA to Autotune, the throttle went to zero and I could not bring it back up. It stayed like this until I switched back to FBWA. It did this on three separate occasions and I have not gotten it to work yet. I did not see this problem with 3.4. Is it possible I have a parameter that is preventing the throttle from staying on?
